PERSONAL ASSISTANCE
At CALEYRO we have a personal assistant, from 9 am. to 5 pm. The perfect concierge who knows everything, always happy to answer your questions, offer you advice and help you with any need that may arise during your stay at our building.
SWIMMING POOL, In the house patio
The PATIO, is a versatile space where you can relax, meet with "neighbors", chat, read, work or enjoy our pool with hydromassage area.
Our pool is saline chlorinated, which respects your skin and the planet.
CONDITIONS OF USE
SWIMMING POOL HOURS
From 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The pool, outside the established hours, will remain inaccessible to users.
CONDUCT
- The swimming pool does not offer a lifeguard service.
- Any improper use of the facilities will be the sole responsibility of the person himself.
- Exclusive use for people over 16 years of age (exceptionally it may be used by minors accompanied by an adult).
- Pool towels available at reception.
- The consumption of drinks and food inside the pool is not allowed, and the use of glass or ceramic utensils within the entire patio area is also prohibited.
- Inflatables and ball games are not allowed in the pool area.
- Diving headfirst into the pool or behaving in any inappropriate manner that could disturb other guests is prohibited.
- The use of a swimsuit is mandatory in the entire pool area.
- Please maintain order and cleanliness throughout the pool area.

Your car is not a problem in CALEYRO
The building has a private parking monitored 24 hours a day. You can guarantee your parking space by including it at the time of booking your accommodation.
Our CALEYRO car park has a recharging area for electric vehicles
Rates
It is possible to book in advance (along with the accommodation), or on the day of your arrival at the hotel (provided there are no problems with availability).
In case you have not included parking in your reservation, if your arrival at our hotel is scheduled for later than 20:00 hours and you need garage space you will not be able to make the reservation until the next day at 9:00 hours.

At CALEYRO we position ourselves as "Kids’ friendly" covering all those needs that may arise to the travelling family.
Clean and safe CLEANING
Regular cleaning every 4 days (from a 6 day stay) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price of your reservation. If you need an extra cleaning service, you can request it at reception. This service will have an additional cost.

A little EXTRA TIME
CALEYRO On your arrival or departure day you can store your bags in our luggage room, thus making the most of your stay in the city.
We also offer you a changing room area with a shower, so that your journey back home becomes more comfortable.
No Rush
If your arrival time is not between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., you just have to notify us in advance. This way, we will send you an email with the instructions to be able to access your apartment directly with a code.
