The rules of the apartment are delivered upon arrival and set out the guidelines related to the aspects of the regular operation of the accommodation. Booking in CALEYRO APARTAMENTOS BOUTIQUE implies the acceptance of these rules, thus facilitating the coexistence with the rest of the guests. In this way, you will be assured the good atmosphere in the hotel.

The serious and/or repeated breach by the client of the conditions set out below will give CALEYRO APARTAMENTOS BOUTIQUE the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the apartment without compensation.

WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO GREET ME?

From Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm and Saturdays between 9 am and 2 pm our concierge will be at the reception of CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS. If your arrival at the aparthotel is outside these hours, you must inform us in advance and follow the instructions that we will send you by email. In no case will there be an extra charge for arriving later than 5 pm.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

The check-in time for our apartments is from 3 pm. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know so that we can arrange an early check-in. If this is not possible, we offer you the option of leaving your luggage in our luggage room located in the same building. This way you can enjoy the city from the moment you arrive.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?

The check-out time for the apartments is 11 am at the latest. CALEYRO offers you the possibility to leave your luggage in our luggage room until 8 pm

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN OCCUPY THE APARTAMENT?

The maximum capacity of the apartment is established in your reservation.

Only registered guests may have access to the apartment. No more people can be accommodated than the number of people allowed in your booking. If it is detected that there are people staying who have not been previously registered, CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS reserves the right to cancel the entire stay of the clients, without the right to a refund of the payment already made.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY STAY?

If you have chosen a rate with a flexible cancellation policy, we will charge you the total amount of your stay 7 days before your arrival date and you can modify or cancel your booking up to 8 days before arrival.

If, on the other hand, you have made your reservation under non-refundable conditions, the total amount of your reservation will be charged at the same time you make the booking. This method does not allow cancellations or modifications.

In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as unplanned accommodation changes , floods, etc.), CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS will assign you a different apartment to the one you have booked, as long as it has similar characteristics. If you do not agree with the assigned apartment, you will be able to cancel your booking and get a refund of the amount you have paid, except for the rental period you have already enjoyed.

DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we will block a deposit of €200 on your credit card on the day of your arrival to cover possible damage to the flat. This must be made by credit card.

Please note that CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS will refund the deposit within 48 hours of your departure, provided that all conditions are met. The refund is not instantaneous and will be reflected in your account according to the conditions of your own bank (3-15 days).

If, on departure, any damage caused by the client during his stay is found in the apartment, the deposit will be totally or partially retained, depending on the extent of the damage. CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS reserves the right to apply a surcharge if the apartment is not returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

DO CHILDREN PAY?

Children from 0 to 2 years old are free of charge. Free cots are available upon availability.

WHAT APPLIANCES AND KITCHENWARE WILL I FIND IN MY APARTAMENT?

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. You will also find small electrical appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle...), crockery and cutlery, linen, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board.

IS THERE A MANUAL IN THE APARTAMENT?

In the living room of the apartment you have at your disposal a folder with all the useful information to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You will find the following information in order: The Surroundings, Our Services and all the instructions for the electrical appliances for you to consult if necessary. However, our reception staff will be at your service, during reception opening hours, to assist you and help you with any queries you may have.

IS THE CLEANING OF THE APARTAMENT INCLUDED?

If your stay in our aparthotel is the minimum stipulated (3 nights), the final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price of the reservation.

If your stay at CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS is for 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning and a departure cleaning will be carried out, both included in the price of the reservation.

If your stay is longer than 7 nights, we will do a cleaning every 5 days, all included in the price of the reservation together with the final cleaning of the stay.

The client may request extra cleaning during his stay.

The client may request extra cleaning during their stay (at an additional cost), as long as they inform us the day before, until 4 pm. All cleaning services include a change of sheets and towels.

Despite the existence of this service, the client is responsible for maintaining cleanliness during his stay, managing the removal of waste generated and returning it in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS will have the right to charge additional cleaning costs when the property is not in good condition (cookware and other kitchen utensils must be left clean, cleaning due to parties or similar is not included, which apart from being suspended immediately, will be penalised, etc.).

CAN WE HAVE AN EXTRA BED?

We do not have extra beds in the apartments. Only registered persons may have access to the accommodation. It is forbidden to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of people allowed in the contracted accommodation. If it is detected that there are people staying who have not been previously registered, CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS reserves the right to cancel the entire stay of the clients, without the right to a refund of the payment made.

IS IT ALLOWED TO SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments

Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty for any damage caused, as well as a charge to your deposit for cleaning.

DO YOU ACCEPT PETS IN THE APARTAMENTS?

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

DO YOU HAVE A SAFE?

Yes, we have a safe in all our apartments. There is no charge for this service.

CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS is not responsible for any valuables that the client may bring and/or leave in the accommodation.

WHAT SECURITY IS THERE IN THE BUILDING?

The building has a closed circuit security cameras with 24h surveillance. These are located in the common areas (entrance, corridors, stairs, lifts, swimming pool), never in the apartments.

DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK?

Yes, we have private parking in the same building, which can be booked in advance (together with the accommodation), or on the day of arrival at the hotel (provided there are no problems with availability).

If you have not included the car park in your booking, if your arrival at our aparthotel is scheduled for later than 5 pm and you need a parking space, you will not be able to book it until the following day at 9 am.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN IN THE APARTMENTS?

When booking at CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS, our guests undertake to make proper use of the rented accommodation.

In the event of any breakage in the apartments, you must immediately inform CALEYRO BOUTIQUE APARTMENTS staff in order to proceed with the repair.

If the cause is due to normal wear and tear caused by everyday use, the aparthotel will be held responsible. Otherwise, if the damage is due to misuse, the client will be responsible for the damage caused, deducting the relative cost from the deposit.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I LEAVE THE APARTAMENT?

If your departure is between 9 am and 11 am you must go to reception. In case you leave the accommodation before 9 am you will have to inform our concierge the day before and he will tell you how to check-out.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, WHO SHOULD I CALL?

If you have an emergency during your stay from 9 am to 5 pm you can contact our staff who will be on the premises. If it is outside these hours, you will find an emergency telephone number in the building book.

It is important to respect the rest of the rest of our guests, so we ask our guests not to carry out noisy activities, especially between 10 pm and 9 am. It is also important to avoid any actions that may disturb the neighbours, such as loud music, noise, etc. It is essential to make good use of the apartment, as well as to behave civically in the common areas of the building.
